Board Actions: Ratification of Cattle Grazing Arrangement with TWBCC

During the regularly scheduled meeting on 9 August 2007, the RMR Board reviewed the Bill of Sale from Robert Mayo, the original developer of RMR, to the Texas Water Brand Cattle Company (TWBCC). The Board has been advised by Legal Counsel that the Bill of Sale in conjunction with the currently operative Cattle Grazing Lease between River Mountain Ranch and TWBCC permit Mr. Wayne McQuaid or TWBCC to graze cattle in River Mountain Ranch without violating the Deed Restrictions (see Section 14 of the Deed Restrictions) or the Texas Open Range laws. The RMR Board took action to formalize the ratification and affirmation of the Bill of Sale and the Cattle Grazing Lease between River Mountain Ranch and TWBCC at the August Meeting.
