2010 Maintenance Fee Set

The Maintenance Fee or Dues have been set for 2010 at $144.27 per lot. Billing statements have been mailed to the POA membership with a due date in late March. If you have any questions, please contact the Treasurer.

River Mountain Road Temporaily Blocked By Accident

An overturned trailer blocked River Mountain Road at approximately 10AM on Friday, 12 February. Emergency response vehicles reopened the road within a couple of hours.

RMR POA Annual Members Meeting

The Annual Meeting for the RMR POA was held on Saturday, 23 January 2010, from 10 AM to 12 Noon. The meeting was held in the Blanco Room at the Wimberley Community Center. A total of 44 lot owners were in attendance which constituted a quorum of the POA membership in order to conduct business. A $50 gift certificate was awarded as a door prize to one lucky attendee.

One key item of the meeting was to announce the results of the recent election for the four open positions on the POA Board. The newly elected members of the Board are: Margaret Baker, Al Ohm, Fred Carney, and Walter Schleyer.

After the Annual Meeting, the Board held a special meeting to elect members to the various postions. The 2010 Board will be organized as follows:

Lost & Found Pets

This section of the website is an effort to improve the site’s value to RMR residents. It is not intended as a place to report complaints about stray animals.

If you have lost a pet, or have custody of a lost pet that you wish to return to its home, we need the following information: your name and phone number, description of the animal, and last known location. Please submit your information to Lost & Found Animals. The information will be posted for up to a maximum of 60 days.

LOST PET

If anyone has seen or found two beautiful "sable-colored" German Shepherds, call 512-665-1928. They were last seen on Water Park Road. Their names are "Sable and Sasha". (8 Mar 10)

FOUND PET # 1

If anyone knows who may have lost a beautiful Black and White very large cat, he is down near the water park and I have been feeding him. I think something has scared him so bad that he won't come to me but does eat what I leave for him. Please contact 847-1325 for more information. (31 Jan 10)

Black Lab puppy found on Water Park Road on Friday, 5 March. For information, please call 847-8535. (5 March 10)

FOUND PET # 3

A hound dog has been found on Windmill Run. The dog is a male and is around 18-20 inches at the shoulder. No collar, around 65 to 70 pounds. Friendly so far. No idea of age. Looks to be one to three years old. Tri-colored with brown scalp and white nose. Looks like a tall beagle. Call Mike @ 512 757-5872. (8 Mar 10)
